Vegan Chili

1 pound bag of vegetarian meat crumbles
2 cans of kidney beans
2 cans of tomato sauce
1 package of chili seasoning, fat free
soy cheese

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese, in a large pot. Stir. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes on medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with soy cheese on top. Serves 5 to 6.
