Spanish Rice

1 cup long grain rice
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup salsa
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
salt and pepper to taste

Brown rice in a large skillet with the onion and garlic. Then add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil and cover. Turn stove to low and simmer for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
