one of the following meat subs: 4 slightly thawed veggie burgers or 4 servings of turkey slices or 4 servings of roast beef slices
1 packet of vegan brown gravy
4 slices of bread
In a lightly greased fry pan, heat and brown the meat sub. Slices will heat more quickly than veggie burgers. Lightly toast the bread. While bread is toasting and meat sub is browning prepare gravy according to package directions. Assemble each Hot Shot in the following order: 1 slice bread, 1 serving of the meat sub, 1 ladle of gravy. Serves 4.
