Chard and White Beans
4 to 8 small cloves garlic, minced
15 ounce can tomatoes
1 can white beans
1 pound chard, chopped into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup stock
Saute garlic for a few moments. Add greens. Cook until wilted. Stir in beans, broth and tomatoes, cook 5 minutes more or until chard is tender. Serves 4.
