1 box sliced mushrooms
1 medium purple onion, sliced in rings
Italian Dressing
lettuce leaves
Line each salad bowl with bowl with lettuce leaves. Divide mushrooms between each bowl. Place a few onion rings on top each bowl and pour italian dressing over. Serve immediately.
