1/2 cup mashed ripe avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
In a large salad bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; set aside. In a mixing bowl or blender, combine dressing ingredients; beat or process until smooth. Pour over salad and toss. Serve immediately.
