Vegetable Beef Soup
2 to 3 pounds beef roast
3 14 ounce cans mixed vegetables
1 28 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
Add soy sauce to beef roast. Cook in crockpot on high for three to six hours, until falling apart. Add canned tomatoes and undrained mixed vegetables. Cook another hour or so to let juices mingle, or continue to cook for several hours on a lower setting.
