Rice Pilaf
1 1/2 cups long grain brown rice
2 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
In a crockpot, combine all ingredients. Turn to low setting and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
