Tandoori Chicken

1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 1/2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoons grated ginger root
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
6 cups hot cooked couscous

Place chicken pieces in casserole dish and sprinkle with 1/2 the salt and pepper. Combine remaining salt and pepper with yogurt, lime juice and spices in bowl. Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours. Uncover and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350F until done. Serve over couscous.
