Orange Chicken Kebobs

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
wooden skewers
zest and juice of 2 navel oranges
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Thread chicken cubes onto skewers and put skewers into a closable plastic bag. In a blender or food processor combine remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Pour marinade over skewers, coating them thoroughly. Close bag and refrigerate overnight, turning bag once. Preheat grill on medium heat. Discard marinade. Grill skewers for 7 to 9 minutes per side. Serves 4 to 6.
