Chicken with Fruited Wild Rice

1 oven bag
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 6 ounce package long grain and wild rice mix
1 3 ounce package sweetened dried cranberries
1 2 ounce package slivered almonds, toasted
1 10 1/2 ounce can condensed chicken broth
1 1/3 cups water
4 bone in chicken breast halves

Preheat oven to 350F. Place oven bag in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Add flour to oven bag; twist end of bag, and shake. Remove seasoning packet from long grain and wild rice mix, and reserve 1 teaspoon. Add remaining seasoning mix, rice mix, and next 4 ingredients to oven bag; squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Rub chicken breast halves with reserved seasoning. Place, breast side up, in an even layer on top of rice mixture. Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut 6 1/2 inch slits in top of bag. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 4.
