Sage and Onion Hash Browns

3 medium all purpose potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 tbsp coarse yellow corn meal

Preheat oven to 350F. Microwave potatoes for on HIGH for 6 minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Sprinkle this over the potatoes, and spread out on an nonstick baking pan. Bake 20 minutes till golden brown. The corn makes them very crispy.
