Ham Burrito

1 cup chopped ham
4 large eggs, beaten
4 10 inch flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or taco seasoned cheese
1/4 cup salsa, optional

Cook ham in nonstick skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add eggs; cook and stir 3 minutes or until eggs are set. Divide egg mixture evenly, placing in center of each tortilla; top with cheese and salsa. Fold ends of tortillas over filling; roll up. Microwave each burrito on high 15 seconds, if desired.
