Korean Short Ribs
4 beef short ribs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ginger, fresh grated
Trim excess fat from ribs and butterfly. Gently rinse and pat dry. Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag and let marinate for anywhere between 30 minutes and a day. Preheat grill. Remove ribs from marinade and pull open and place on grill. Close lid and grill until done, about 7 to 10 minutes.
